Training & Experience
I worked for Historic Scotland between 2006 and 2008 as their preventive conservator and now have an independent private practice focussing on preventive conservation.
I initially trained in business and finance before returning to university in 1993 to study Heritage Conservation at Bournemouth.
I managed the Bath workshop of Cliveden Conservation Workshop Ltd for 7 years and managed nearly 300 projects during this period, from the cleaning of a single sculpture to the repair and restoration of whole building elevations.
In 1997 I completed my MSc in Sustainable Heritage at the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies, University College London.
I work throughout the UK with projects from Orkney to Cornwall.
